With its 180° panorama, it is a unique property which offers a superb view of this vast wilderness, sometimes in water during strong tides, sometimes occupied by cows or sheep in the summer. Sabrina, the owner, fell for this remarkable location and undertook the complete renovation of this vast residence. By developing as much glazing as possible, it gave pride of place to the possible perspectives from throughout the house, such as the incredible bathroom and its XXL roof windows which make washing a moment of communion with nature! The large rooms and the 2 terraces will allow your tribe to enjoy this enchanted break. The GR223 passes at the foot of the terrace and invites you to reach the wonderful site of Pointe du Grouin Sud (2km) and its view of Mt St-Michel and its bay. A large grassy plot is a delight for children who want to play outside.
