Summary: Near the fun of Bar Harbor, but a short drive out of the hustle & bustle. Great location on the southern part of the island gave us great access to all of Acadia National Park. Vintage charm for sure. Simple accommodations, comfortable bed, hot shower. Would go back.

Summary: Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of dishes and spices - bathroom well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. Clean - This would be a five, but all of the beds are incredibly soft - and the trundle could not fully pull out into the room.

Summary: This home away from home was very comfortable and welcoming. Loved the feel of coming into grandma's home and having so many places to hang out. The propane fireplace was an added bonus. The sun room was lovely to relax in and we had a really nice stay so close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The neighborhood was quiet and so relaxing...a perfect place to stay!

Summary: This home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The kitchen had a good variety of pans, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker. The bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of blankets, the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a nice surprise.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Acadia NP and Bar Harbor! We had kids with us, and the house was great for them as well. The beds were comfortable, the trundle bed was nice, and we appreciated lots of towels and hotel-style toiletries that were available. The basement was very musty, but there was no reason to go down there unless using the washer and dryer. Overall, a good stay!

Summary: Whole the location was optimal, being close to Jordan Pond and 15 minutes from Bar Harbor, it was a very old house with a very small yard and barely a parking space. I would not recommend 3 car parking. It is a narrow curved driveaway & we had to park one car behind the other. The neighbors are very close and really no space for the kids to bike around or play, unless we drove out to a hike. We could barely sit out at night a talk without disturbing the neighbors and so decided not to. I would definitely not say 3 car parking or 7 people. The smaller bedrooms upstairs can take two small kids and not more than one adult. The rooms are very tiny and dark. The house itself has a very musty and moldy smell to it. The dishwasher button was broken, no basic amenities such as salt or coffee powder, which we always find at other VRBOs or Air BnBs. The one bathroom we had, the door did not lock properly. We have stayed with Vacasa before and for the price, the previous place was much better. This is a 3.5 star perhaps and maybe $200/night.
