Located in the exclusive Aigüesverds development, this villa is perfect for enjoying with family and friends. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and is equipped with a private pool, sunbathing area, lawn, chill-out terrace and outdoor dining area. In addition, the villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and appliances, including a dishwasher.
The villa is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living/dining room with access to the terrace and pool, a double bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower and another bedroom with a single bed and a private bathroom. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.
The villa is located in a quiet area next to the Aigüesverds golf course. It is also just a few kilometres from the centre of Reus and 10 km from PortAventura. The villa is the perfect accommodation to spend an unforgettable holiday and enjoy all the activities offered by the Costa Dorada.
