Positive: I liked the look of the apartment and its closeness to Vanderbilt University and great eateries! It was a very safe neighborhood!
Negative: 1. Upon entering there was a strong smell of natural gas called fire dept. they shut off gas no access to cooking 2. Not as clean as it should hv been. Greasy stove, pillows in bedroom stank of sweat, baseboards not cleaned well

Positive: Clean, compact space. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Key access was simple. Location was great.
Negative: Exorbitant additional fees not disclosed until right before confirming reservation. My fault that I moved too fast and missed them -- the property was advertised on Booking.com for roughly $700 for three nights; roughly $550 in additional fees were tacked on later in the process -- but when I realized what had happened, I contacted the property and Booking to explain the situation and cancel the reservation promptly. The property owners did not respond, and Booking and Vacasa responded that there could be no cancellations per the reservation policy. Fair enough, and I'll take responsibility for my miss, but others should be warned that the "sticker price" is fundamentally a bait-and-switch.
Summary: Nice stay. Property is in nice condition. Felt duped on the final booking price.
