Plan a family-friendly stay at our Grand Desert, a lush oasis just a mile from Las Vegas Boulevard. We are close to all the casinos, restaurants, and entertainment options that make Vegas famous, but our hotel was designed without an onsite casino to create a comfortable, welcoming retreat for families. Instead, we bring entertainment to you with 3 outdoor pools, a 3D movie theater, and 4 outdoor hot tubs.
Kick back and relax with massage therapists, a sauna, and tanning beds onsite. Lounge in a cool Vegas breeze at one of our poolside cabana rentals or have fun with the kids in the game room and movie theater. Stay committed to your routine at the fitness center, and take care of any work-related matters at the business center. Daily housekeeping services are also available for an additional fee.
Spacious resort condos feature WiFi, flat screen TVs, and a washer and dryer. Our 1 Bedroom Deluxe units are equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook dinner in the comfort of your own condo with plenty of room to spread out in the dining area.
NOTE:
Guest Checking in must be 21 or older.
A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

Summary: This was a great place for us to stay for our Vegas trip. The room was nice, lots of room to spread out. I appreciated the shuttle that took us from the property to the Paris Hotel and back for free. It isn’t a bad walk to the strip if you decide to walk. Owner’s communication was excellent. Check in was smooth!

Summary: The resort was highly clean and efficiently run. Everything was where they should be and the service was friendly and responsive. I called the front desk 2x, and both times the representative made me feel valued by knowing who I was before I talked to her. The services I requested were handled promptly, professionally, and efficiently in a friendly manner. The 1bdr master suite I was staying in quite spacious for the two of us in the unit. The unit was spic span clean, and had a great view of the strip out of our 9th floor. The adult swimming pool was fun and big. The Oasis Cafe had good selctIon of food and drinks, especially the breakfast items. I loved this resort and I will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Summary: Awesome friendly staff and guests! Very nice property. Love the pool and the tiki bar staff were so great. I was on crutches and a knee brace from surgery. They came by to see if there was anything they could bring us. Was a great experience. The room was great as well.

Summary: Stayed here with 1 friend for 3 nights, it was absolutely perfect! An easy walk to all that we wanted to do on the strip, yet a much bigger room with more amenities than we would have gotten on the strip for certain. I had stayed here before the pandemic in years past and had loved the spaciousness of the suites combined with proximity to the strip — this trip did not disappoint! It was even more beautiful, quiet and restful than I remember! Host was excellent and made everything extremely easy as well. Highly recommend.
