While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained and at least 1 year old. Hypoallergenic breeds are preferred. Younger pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be charged if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.

•Pets must be kenneled or crated if left alone at the property. Guests must bring own crate or purchase one locally
•When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash
•Please do not allow pets on furniture
•Clean up and pick up after your pets. Please, no dog poop or urine stains in our home or backyard

Summary: Carol’s property was perfect for our family of teens and pups! The back yard was fenced in and the perfect place for our three pups to run and play. The location was ideal for us with plenty of options for eating and shopping nearby.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. We were very happy with the bedroom arrangements and the 2 1/2 baths. Everything we needed was provided, even use of the attached garage. The location was perfect for us too -close to restaurants, shops and the university. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: This was a perfect location for visiting our son and niece who were competing in tournaments at ND. Our group included grandparents, parents and siblings, plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had an excellent experience at the huddle house. The host Carol was very attentive. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. It was a safe space for one of our handicapped family members as well as children. Overall, a great fit for our group! We will definitely stay there again in the future.
