One block from the Palma sola Bay where you can BBQ / picnic, with a marina for boat access, and is animal friendly. 1.5 miles to the Anna Maria Island Beaches, walking distance to several delicious restaurants, and fun bars. *** New double pane slider in masterroom too keep the noise from the street coming in!*** We heard our guests requests and we made changes!

Summary: Some buddies and I booked for a last minute fishing trip. After a 13 hour drive, checkin was incredibly easy and the setup was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook gourmet after a fishing trip. The location was perfect a quick drive to the boat ramp and beaches at coquina and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We’ll be back.
