Only 5 miles to downtown Mount Dora. Just 35 min to downtown Orlando. 45 min to MCO. Very convenient rural area away from the city, but yet close. Fenced in property has off street parking ( 1 car space) with manual gate. Washer/dryer on premise. Publix supermarket, UPS store, Jersey Mike's Subs - 5 minutes away.

Summary: This house is absolutely perfect: two bedrooms and two baths!! Great open living and kitchen area. Room for parking. Safety measures in place. The one little issue was that we had trouble retrieving key and that was more on us as we were unsure of how to open the lock; but Abner quickly responded; was even willing to come over to help, but we were able to open it. Overall, great place and appreciated the prompt communication with Abner!!

Summary: Our trip was to visit Mt. Dora and surrounding areas. So the location of the cottage (approx. 4 miles from downtown Mt. Dora) was perfect for us. The cottage was easy to access, very clean and bright and well stocked. Their linens and towels were very soft. If ever in the area again, we would look to book this again.

Summary: Convenient for visiting with our family. A short drive to groceries. 15 minutes from Sanford on the 429. Nearby Wekiva Springs offers swimming and canoeing.

Summary: Just the right size for 2-3 people; 5 miles from center of Mt. Dora, hosts very accommodating and brought us everything we asked for (a few more kitchen utensils).

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was I got the call at 2am to come to the hospital and I couldn’t figure out how to get out of the gate! Lol. I probably missed the instructions in the check in email, but there was nothing in the house that keys were on the remote key fob. I finally got my brain woke enough to figure it out and it’s all good! Will stay again in a few months when I come back to visit Harper!

Summary: The house is on a property with another (owner's?) house behind it. We did not hang out in the house much as we were always out and about. It's near Mt. Dora and King's Landing (Emerald Cut).
