Come and enjoy your getaway in this lovely 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 bath mountain retreat! It features a spectacular view from the front porch as well as from the living room and loft. Easy paved year-round access and only minutes to the downtown Maggie attractions and ski resort. An added bonus of 2 master suites on the main level, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. Each has own private bath.
Upstairs loft area has a twin trundle bed and 1/2 bath. Views from the loft are beautiful. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Walk out onto the covered porch area with swing and rockers to enjoy the scenery or enjoy a quiet neighborhood area with plenty of space to have a nice walk and take in the fresh mountain air. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very comfortable and exactly as described. All you need is supplied. Furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. Very cozy. The view is spectacular if sitting on the deck,sitting at dining table or even doing dishes. As a nice touch tge owner has hand painted scenery of the area. Would not hesitate to rent this property. You do not really see your neighbors. You feel isolated but you are in a community. Did I mention the view.

Summary: This property is perfect for a smoky mountain getaway. My family and I enjoyed the cabin very much. Real close to all the restaurants in the main road. Very cozy cabin with a wonderful fireplace. The holes were fantastic, answer any questions we had. Definitely will recommend this for no stay for my family myself or for a friend.

Summary: This property has everything that one would need to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. View from the deck outstanding. Even washing the dishes was enjoyable looking out the window above the sink. Fireplace makes the evenings cozy. Best house we have stayed in Maggie Valley in the 20+years we have been coming. This was our 2nd stay and have reserved this great house for next year. This is an outstanding rental.

Summary: The property was perfect for us. We absolutely loved the view on the deck and spent a lot of time there working, reading and socializing. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked and had newer appliances. We absolutely would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had a great time staying in Maggie Valley. We have been vacationing there for the past 5 years. This was the first time we stayed in Eagles Retreat and will most likely stay there again in the future. The road to the house can be challenging to maneuver but at no point did we have any problems. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had more than enough supplies and tools. The view from the (South facing) covered porch was outstanding. Even during rain, you won't get wet and at no point was there direct sunlight on us whenever we sat there. The bedrooms and family room were very comfortable. There were new reclining chairs and a sofa in the family which made watching TV great. I have no negative comments. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Eagles Retreat it was located 30 min from Ashville Cherokee Smokey Mtns and every site we visited Joeys Pancake House was across the street excellent breakfast even tho the line looks long it is only a 10 min wait to get seated The rental was clean the only downfall is you have to bring toilet paper, paper items and strip bed sheets upon leaving as I am on vacation this is a big minusfor me but I will probably stay again
