Summary: Clean and well organized apartment in the basement. Private entry was a plus and the main living area is second to none. Bathroom and bed were outstanding. Definitely going to stay here again. Close to everything in Central Park and not a bad commute to Denver. Hosts are the best!

Summary: I initially booked this place mainly because of its proximity to Anschutz, where my husband was having surgery, but what a pleasant surprise it was! The apartment is very nice, super cozy and comfortable, the bed was very comfy, the towels were fluffy and soft. It is such a cute place! Ben is a great host and is very kind and responsive! Another pleasant surprise was the neighborhood. It is very family and dog friendly and I really enjoyed walking my dog around in between trips back and forth to Anschutz. I definitely had a 5 star experience all around!

Summary: Benjamin was so nice and so accommodating! I didn’t want to leave a review because I wanted it to be my little secret . The decor, bedding, sofa, tv washer/drier etc…was all Four Season’s quality! It’s located in a beautiful, well maintained neighborhood. Super easy to access (it’s like a private apartment). Although it’s in a basement, there are nice windows and light, you forget it is a basement. The unit is very large and homey. Can’t say enough good things about the unit and Benjamin. This is my second stay, and we are already booked again in a few months.
