Enjoy a luxury 2 bedroom condo on Skaha Lake in the sunny South Okanagan. You will be minutes away from popular Penticton with all its attractions, yet in a much quieter area with the small town ambience and charm of Okanagan Falls.
Located on the south end of Skaha Lake, you will be enjoying one of the mildest climates in Canada, with warm, dry weather and very high annual hours of sunshine. Skaha Lake is one of Canada's warmest lakes, and has sandy beaches for excellent swimming, boating, and waterskiing.
The beach on the south end of Skaha Lake is just steps away. It has just been revitalized with a wonderful children's play structure and waterpark. As well as the great sandy beach and lake, there are large grassy areas with huge willow trees providing shade. Many other beaches are also in close proximity. The tourist information office across the street will give much additional information.
The amenities in the area are endless. There is a picturesque lagoon behind the condo, with paved paths and shady willow trees. Children love fishing in the lagoon - it's catch and release with a single non-barbed hook, and the best bait ever - bread dough! (Out of province kids will need a fishing license).
The property backs on to the Kettle Valley Railway Trail, which follows the western shoreline of Skaha Lake.
Every summer Penticton hosts the famous Okanagan Hockey School, and the Ironman Penticton Triathalon.
Spectacular golf courses, with the longest golf season in the Interior of BC, incredible Okanagan orchards, over 30 commercial estate and farm wineries to savour, and of course, the numerous lakes and beaches that the Okanagan is so famous for, all contribute to an unforgettable vacation experience.

Summary: Lovely, comfortable suite. Close to the lake and walking trails, as well as shopping and a great pizza place. Another bathroom would have been nice. Water pressure in the shower/bath was poor and the shower head needs repair (sprays water all over if you try to adjust it). View of the lake is minimal and the highway runs directly in front of the suite. Traffic noise was a bit loud in the den/bedroom. Master bedroom was great. Also, the dryer is old and in bad shape but it does function.

Grocery store across the street; 5 minute drive to wineries; and just 10 minute drive to Penticton where my kids attended a hockey camp!
