Summary: This property worked great for our weekend in Lexington. Property was ready for us early and clean. Had a fenced yard we could let the dog out and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Bonus that there were TVs in every bedroom. It was also close to lot of food options. We really enjoyed it!

Summary: We just returned from spending 9 nights at this wonderful home. Everything from the communication with the owner to the location and property updates were perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the closets nicely sized. We had everything we needed during our stay and were located near tons of shopping, restaurants and even the interstate. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood even though it’s so close to everything. We were in town to visit our son at UK, which was only a 15 minute drive. We will definitely be returning to this property for our future visits to Lexington.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks while relocating for a new job. The owner Jim went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for us and our two dogs. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Every room is filled with small touches to make you feel comfortable and at home from toothbrush holders in the bathrooms, extra blankets, extra pillows, even two different types of coffee maker to ensure you have your preferences! I can’t begin to express how perfect this vacation home is. Even better, it’s minutes to every type of restaurant possible, 3 minutes drive to multiple groceries. I’ve already recommended this VBRO to colleagues and friends!

Summary: This was the 3rd time we have stayed at one of Jim’s properties and we could not be more satisfied. The house was in the perfect location, close to everything we needed, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood which is ideal for our family. We arrived to a clean property and seamless check-in procedure. The house is also ideal for traveling with a pet since it has ample space and a fenced backyard.

Summary: Came down again with more of our family for our son’s graduate graduation from UKY. Like our previous visit earlier in the year, the house was clean and ready for our group to move in. Jim was prompt in answering our questions and we had no major issues with the property. Plenty of room for our group of five. The kitchen is well stocked for making some home cooked meals (which our UKY son has missed over the years). The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quite. Highly recommend this property if you are in town for a weekend at the University, or just wanting to explore all that Lexington has to offer.
