Summary: Pros: Great location, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable bed, nice patio, communication with owner was very good. Patio was pleasant. Kitchen met your basic needs. Cons: If you are looking for a modern type place in terms of looks, this would not be for you. If you want a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located rental, you will be happy here. We would rent it again.

Summary: Property was perfectly suited for our trip to Seattle and the location was perfect for several trips downtown, to Pike Place Market and to the water. The cottage has many amenities, including washer and dryer. The tv and wifi were not working when we arrived, but after communicating the issue, it was resolved. Overall a very comfortable place to stay.

Summary: Friendly service, great to work with (even let us in early) great location, great price. The only reason for 4 stars is that the place was a little dirty and in need of some TLC. Stains on the furniture and dusty. The bedding was clean. I considered the overall experience compared to the price.
