This Luxury place provides a great location for visiting the exciting city of Columbus. You will be centrally located near High Street (famous for food and activities), Short North Arts District, Ohio State Campus, The Shoe, Downtown and Grandview District. You will have many options to stay entertained.
The Space:
This splendor two bed, two bath was recently built and provides a luxury feel throughout the space. The kitchen features high-quality appliances, solid surface counters, and modern wood cabinetry along with high-grade wood-grain laminate flooring. Refrigerators are complete with ice-makers. Enjoy the pool, gym, and spa on your stay!
Reminder, on the second floor there is the community room featuring the pool, pool table, open offices and a TV.
HOT TUB AND POOL ARE CLOSED FOR THE WINTER MONTHS. IT WILL REOPEN AROUND MEMORIAL WEEKEND.
Pool hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Guest Access:
With secure access, there is a deadbolt lock along with a lock box on the railing where you can easily access.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (3 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (1mile) are all right around the corner.
Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.
Other Things to Note:
THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND.
THE HOT TUB IS OPEN TO GUESTS YEAR ROUND!
Pool Rules:
This is a private pool for all Tenant and guest use, available to those within the apartment complex
Daily Pool Hours: 9:00AM – 10:00PM.
Any/all guest(s)/visitor(s) must be accompanied by a Tenant at all times and he/she is the responsibility of the Tenant. Each Apartment may host no more than two guests total.
Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area.
No rafts, large balls, toys, glass containers, pets (except pets permitted by law), cut-offs, thong-style swimwear, or alcoholic beverages permitted in the pool area.
Proper swim attire required at all times. Persons suffering from communicable illness, skin diseases, eye, ear, nose and throat infections as well as persons under the influence of intoxicants are prohibited from using the pool.
No running, ball playing or throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking or any other horseplay is allowed at any time
Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pool area under surveillance at all times.
NO DIVING
HOT TUB/SPA RULES AND NOTICES:
Maximum capacity: 12 people.
No persons under 18 years old permitted at any time.
Individual stay of no longer than 20 minutes at a time.
No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers permitted.
No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub.
Proper swim attire required at all times.
Pregnant women and persons with health related illnesses should consult physician before entering hot tub.
Management may eject from the pool area any Tenant, occupant, or guest who violates these rules, and fines in accordance with rules and regulations.
Violation of any rule(s) set forth herein may result in fines to be determined by management.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Summary: What a wonderful place! Two bedrooms with 2 baths, a full kitchen, and in unit laundry…perfect. Close to grocery stores and the places we were going to. Staff responded to questions quickly. Made our stay comfortable and simple. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Summary: The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable! The location was perfect, only a walking distance to a variety of shopping and dining options and right across the river from the OSU campus. The pool and jacuzzi, though a little bit of a walk from the apartment, were very enjoyable and were one of the highlights our trip! When we come back to Columbus this will definitely be one of our top choices when choosing a place to stay! 😊

Summary: We were in Columbus for a week so my daughter to spend a week dancing with the Ohio State Dance program. This place was perfect and so close to campus and places to eat. Communication with the host was great and fast. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The property was ok. It was clean and had comfortable beds but very noisy at night. Also, the pool was not open. My biggest complaint was that there was no communication leading up to the arrival date. I had many questions about what was provided as well as parking, the pool access and clean up etc. No response from management whatsoever. I finally called vrbo customer service. I did not receive arrival directions until the same day and departure instructions the day before leaving so it was very difficult to prepare for our stay.

Summary: We struggled with the lockbox upon arrival but after a few minutes we were able to open it. The carpet in the bedroom was stained, which really was hard to ignore and grossed us out. We just kept shoes on the entire time.The owner should invest in blackout curtains.It was so bright from the parking lot lights that when I woke up at one point I thought it was morning, but it was only 3:00am. It was very bright and hard to sleep. I left jewelry there and it was not recovered, but I know that’s my mistake. It is a first floor unit. It is close enough to OSU if that is the purpose of your visit to Columbus.
