The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a full sizes bed in each bedroom. walking closets on both and spacious restroom which are designed for handicap if needed. The place Is located in a prime area with in a mile of Starbucks, trampolines park, race cars, fast food restaurants and more.
The apt. Is located 5 minutes away from 288 fwy. Close by all mayor supermarket Walmart, HEB plus pearland shopping mall, target, homegoods, Marshall and much more.

shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, cotton swaps at your disposal. Bath Towels and hand towels would also be provided. In each room you have smart TVs with Netflix/Disney included.
Wifi and self check in/out. There is complimentary coffee and tea. (Please use dry/clean spoon for sugar which is provided to you)
After using kitchen dishes wash and put away. Kitchen has cooking wear basics. There’s plates, cups, silverware, napkins, knives cutting board and so on.
The entrance gate to the apartment is open due to the remodeling they just started. No code needed till further notice. There is plenty of parking space facing the back fence in the visitors sections. Do not park under-cover parking space.
Easy way to spot the unit is by locating the mail box area and the little playground. We are on the first floor.
Please be respectful and careful with the furniture. We want everyone to enjoy them.
The front door is accessed by a key code lock.
