Summary: Nice townhouse, as described in the listing, clean and no significant issues. Only problem we had was the main dining room lights wouldn’t come on, but there were plenty of other lights in the area so it didn’t matter much. But the place was as described, clean and nice.

Summary: I booked this listing for a little getaway in the city for my husband & I, and our 4 year old son. From the moment we checked in, the communication with the host was really good. The house was immaculately clean, literally looked like nobody had ever stayed there. Well stocked with everything you need for cooking and for laundry. The mattress was very comfy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors. The pool was really really nice as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll definitely be back.

Summary: If you need to stay close to RTP, this is the place to be. We stay at many short term rental properties and this one will be on our return list. The host ensured that the property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a short stay.
