It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath custom Tiny house. It has 744 sg ft of indoor living with two private bedrooms and 2 full baths. Loft is great for kids. Additional amenities include fireplace, dedicated working space and fully stocked kitchen.
Outdoor area includes a large deck, fire pit, hot tub and grill. We sit on 2 secluded acres with hiking trails nearby . If you have additional guests, ask about our tree house located on the same property.

We are Nestled in the heart of the South Cumberland Plateau area near popular destinations like Foster Falls ,The Caverns, Tracy City, Tenn It is the ideal location for a quiet weekend getaway full of hiking and must-see spots.
The story of Tracy City is full of rich character and scenic landscapes. Once rooted in coal mining, subtle clues of the town’s past are scattered about in the shape of relic coke ovens, miner trails, and celebrated statues amid lush forests and pristine rivers. Use our trusted itinerary of noteworthy restaurants and outdoor activities to explore Tracy City. These locations are perfect for a day or weekend outing.
We have a key pad entry the code will go out on the day of check in , there will also be a check in email / message that will go out 6 days prior to your arrival day.
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath home is set up where each bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV and comfortable bedding and mattress , 2 full size bathrooms with a tub and shower combo. The loft has 2 twin beds for the kiddos, or extra guests this home has 744 square ft of indoor living .
Additional indoor amenities include electric fireplace, dedicated working space and fully stocked kitchen.
Our outdoor area includes a large deck with a sectional sofa for an outdoor living area while relaxing with cocktails or your morning coffee. The other side has a large dining table for hosting your family diners or playing games while you take in the Mountain air.
As you walk out the front door there is a large fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs for enjoying the warmth of the fire and the stars in the evening .
In our garage just down the drive we have hot tub that is shared by both of our homes, there is a tree house on the back of our 2 secluded acres .
NOTE : If we have guests in the tree house we have not has any issues with each renter getting private time in the hot tub if desired using good ole southern manners ;-]
We are walking distance to the public dock and the neighborhood swimming pool .
If you have additional guests or you want to bring the whole family you may rent our Owls Nest Tree house with Sweet retreat if there is availability .
You will need a car we are off the beaten path once you arrive you will not want to leave unless its to Hike or eat yummy food close by.

Summary: I didn't go on this trip. I booked it for my husband and son who were working in the area. So I don't have any details but they said the rental was nice and as listed.

Summary: Our stay here was wonderful. The tiny house was way more roomy that we imagined. Very clean. Very comfortable beds! This weekend for us was a quiet get away…no plans, no distractions after 2+ years of struggling with a child fighting cancer. We could not have picked a better place to just get away and relax. Do not leave without going to Dutch Made Bakery! Wonderful eclairs and turnovers. Papa Ron’s Italian Steakhouse did not disappoint either! But go early! We will definitely return ! Host was very easy to reach and speak with !

Summary: This property was perfect for my sisters, mom, and I to have a little getaway. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms in the house as well. Hot tub is huge. The retreat is all gravel roads but easy to navigate. We had a great time!

Summary: My partner & I booked this place to stay with our friends while attending a show at the caverns & it was a very cute retreat. We didn’t know that the hot tub was shared before we got there, which was a disappointment as after driving 9 hours from Chicago, all we wanted to do was relax in a hot tub - the people who shared it with us were in there until 1am or so, and at that time, we were putting out our fire pit & going to bed. We walked around the community a bit instead & enjoyed the serenity of the area. Fiery Gizzard Trail nearby was a really awesome adventure with lots of small waterholes to swim in & pretty scenery. We only had 4 people and the two bedrooms were great, however the upstairs loft is hard to get to (the stairs are very steep!) & be careful about hitting your head if you have anybody who plans on staying up there.
