Summary: The condo was so comfortable and cozy with plenty of room. So close to the ocean you could hear it from the back deck. The condo has everything would need for your trip including beach toys! We will definitely love to come back.

Summary: This was a last-minute reservation for a quick end-of-the-summer trip. We were so lucky to find this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 with children ranging from 15 to 21. Clean, comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. But the best part was the hosts’s conmunication, the easy access to the beach (with a partial view from the balcony) and all the beach necessities available to us at the condo! Loved the beach shade, chairs and blankets plus the wagon. Thank you for hosting us! We can’t wait to stay with you again!

Summary: This is our 3rd or 4th year to stay in this condo. As always it was super clean and the process was easy! Everything we need is there and ready for us. We’re already deciding on dates for next year. Great place, would highly recommend. My family stays in other rentals on the same property, #34 is the cutest!

Summary: The condo was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The a/c was great, which is a must. There is a w/d which was very helpful. The balcony had a much better view, though at a distance, of the dunes and ocean than I was expecting! The breeze was wonderful on the balcony. We enjoyed sitting out on it each evening. The unit is on the end so no neighbors beside you. The communication with Kimberly was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
