Blessed with flat land in the form of mature gardens complete with olive trees, & surrounded by 7.5 hectares of farmland, this is a real oasis of peace, perfect for romantic stays. Also ideal for young families, since the garden is fully enclosed... Summary: The holiday was very nice. We enjoyned the quite place and first of all the nice pool in the garden. A supermarket ist nearby and 8 minutes by car. The house stayed cool in the summer heat. The inventary is a little bit old but typical for the tuscany. There is a TV in the house but only with italian program. But we didn't need it, the weather was too nice.

Summary: Overall we loved it. The villa is cute and had everything you could need. Was clean and beds comfy. The pool was wonderful and very welcome. Downside was the intense heat here (nearing 40.0c and not much less at night) yet no air con and the fans were pretty rubbish. Is fair to say we weren’t that comfortable at night. The mosquitos and horse flies were also an issue despite using deterrent candles, plug ins and sprays, is fair to say we got bitten a lot! We tried keeping the windows and doors closed BUT with no air con it was so hot that we had to succumb to opening them ajar. There was no insect blinds either which meant all the bugs could enter the villa. Hot weather, no air con and bugs aside the villa was lovely & tranquil with the most breathtaking scenery.

Summary: The two owners were very friendly and accommodating. In addition to the welcome pack, there was a basket with fresh vegetables from their own garden and pastries. Since the children enjoyed the pool so much, there was even an air mattress and various toys for the pool and garden. The communication with Loraine in advance regarding the organisation was also exemplary. The descriptions and pictures here keep what they promise and the price-performance ratio fits. We had a very nice and relaxing holiday with two children. Many thanks again ...

Summary: Here for a family wedding. The cottage was comfortable, the views amazing and all the facilities we needed. Antonio and Paula were great hosts and made us very welcome . Definitely on the revisit list.

Summary: The house is situated in the mountains and you have a good few. In the house and in the garden you have everything you want. For example a pizza oven. Antonio and Paola are fantastic and offer us local products. We loved it.

Summary: Antonio and Paola were the perfect hosts. Discrete but there when you needed them. The house is extremely well looked after and cared for and was spotless on arrival. Paola and Antonio also kindly made sure we had milk, bread, butter and jam for our breakfast and a fridge with delicious ham and cheese to nibble on before heading to the supermarket. The house offers great privacy with spectacular views of the mountains, with very comfortable sun loungers and the perfect pool. The kitchen has all you need, the bedrooms comfortable and spacious, and though the living room is large and comfortable, we never used it as we were outside all the time. The pizza oven is amazing and Antonio is there to help you know how to use it should you need it. Our family had a wonderful time and I cannot recommend this property and its owners enough.

Summary: This is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location overlooking the valley and its farms and vineyards. On arrival we were met by the lovely owners Antonio and Poala who showed us around with a welcoming pack of goodies. The villa was presented in a spotless condition and had everything that you could wish to make our stay perfect. The covered terraces were perfect for a al fesco meal in the evening with a bar b que. On waking next morning we found a basket of fresh vegetables from Antonio outside. We could not have asked for nicer people or a better place to stay it was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted an idyllic relaxing holiday. A small car is essential to get to local shops etc. as the road is very narrow.

Summary: We spent a lovely week in Antonio and Paula villa. They are very welcoming and could not do enough to help in anyway they could. On arrival they had left lots of goodies for us. lots .of different hams, cheese, milk, juice and home grown vegetables. The property itself has fantastic views in a beautiful unspoiled little village called Campo. Roads rather narrow so you do not want to hire a large car!!! You are about a 45 min drive to Lucca that has lots of shops , bars and restaurants. I would be more than happy to visit again and recommend this place.

Summary: We loved our stay at Podere di Antonio - this is a great place to stay and explore Tuscany. The villa is lovely, full of Italian charm and character and in the most amazing setting (surrounded by panoramic countryside views). Loved the pool, the BBQ and pizza oven - everything worked perfectly. The owners are very welcoming and kind and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Two weeks wasn't long enough!

Summary: What Antonio and Paula have in "La Borraccia" is the definitive definition of peace, tranquillity and beauty which cannot possibly be truly described or portraid within the pages of a web site, it has to be experienced. The kindness and true hospitality of the hosts along with there wonderful organic produce are an absolute delight. We arrived very late arriving and were met with an exceptional platter of local meats and cheeses which were most welcome. The next day Antonio and Paula came round to properly introduce themselves and brought along a large basket of there home grown produce which was a lovely thought. Our stay will live long in the memory and we will surely be looking to repeat our experience in the near future - thank you.
