Enjoy the view of the course below from my Penthouse Suite during the day and the Skyline of Fort Lauderdale at night. Beaches are less then 25 minutes away and some of the best restaurants are only minutes away. Located minutes away from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Sawgrass Shopping and some fantastic beaches.
Note: There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and flat Screen TV in the Living room in front of the couch.

Summary: This was our first time with vrbo and it was a great experience. Mark was easy to get in contact with for questions. Check in was smooth and his instructions were precise. The condo was as advertised and fit our needs exactly. We would return next year if time allows.

Summary: Mark was a very good host. The location was perfect for all that we had to do and helped to make our grieving process more bearable. We were in Fort Lauderdale for a funeral service. I would stay at Mark's Penthouse again and recommend it to others.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay especially the pool area and the trip to the boardwalk. It was easy to park and beds were comfortable. No problems with anything. I even used the iron and ironing board. Thanks for letting us visit

Summary: Had a snafu the night we came in but was quickly resolved. Mark is very friendly and helpful. Located close to downtown but far enough away from the hectic traffic. Was clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Basic, clean, tidy unit but perfect locationfor us to visit the grand parents. Very basic kitchen supplies. Extremely comfortable beds and good value for the price. If you need a place and don't need frills I'd highly recommend this property. We will stay here again.
