Please note: There are drops from terrace and river in the garden.. This delightful marina development is set in the midst of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, adjacent to the Fossdyke Navigation Canal and just 2 miles by water from the centre of the historic city of Lincoln. This semi-detached property has excellent views over private moorings and is only 150 yards from the restaurants, shops and waterside bar. Fishing is available all year round, 100 yards away and cycle and boat hire are available on-site. There is also a health, leisure and racquet club where guests can enjoy short term membership (at cost). Burton Waters spans an area of 140 acres and provides a unique holiday base. The city of Lincoln, dominated by its magnificent 11th-century cathedral, has excellent shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities, as well as museums, beautiful houses and gardens and nature reserves and parks. Lincoln also offers period buildings, displays and re-enactments, street and music festivals and the famous Christmas markets in December. Shops, pub and restaurant 150 yards.

Summary: Stunning apartment in a beautiful setting. The apartment is very well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay and was spotlessly clean. There is a harbour bar and restaurant, a Greek restaurant and a cafe/small shop just a few hundred yards away, all of which we can highly recommend. The owners, Ian and Marj, are extremely friendly and helpful, providing lots of ideas for places to visit, pubs, restaurants and activities in the local area. We had a great time.

Summary: Lovely apartment, all very clean and spacious Great location, felt very secure onsite as there were gates and passes to gain entry to different parts Apartment is well equipped with even a bbq and sunbeds. Would come back again

Summary: This was our second visit - so that says it all really. Beautiful apartment, lovely quiet location - except for the road noise, unfortunately it’s difficult to escape traffic noise these days but then we do all drive 😕. It would be nice to be able to buy a newspaper within walking distance. All in all, we would recommend this apartment.

Summary: Excellent. Owners met us and explained everything (hearing, security gates, jacuzzi etc). A sun trap for the afternoon's with lovely very comfortable garden furniture. Nice side TV with virgin media and very good internet.

Summary: We loved the location of the flat in the Marina. There was a lovely balcony for sitting out and there was a small garden area at ground floor level with outside dining table and chairs. Flat was very comfortable with everything you need. There is a coffee shop and a couple of places to eat in the complex too. Not too far from Lincoln. Would definitely recommend.
