Welcome to Palmetto Sunrise, a Two-Bedroom 2 bath Luxury Villa located on the Banks Road south of Governors Harbour. Sunrise Villa is steps from a mile-long pink-sand beach, and has a private beach deck right on the dune.
Enjoy our spectacular view's of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrises. Many evenings you can view the Cruise Ships sailing by to unknown destinations.
The front porch faces the Atlantic. The rear has a deck overlooking the lake with abundant waterfowl, an ideal spot for your morning coffee or evening dining.
Palmetto Sunrise has a full Kitchen that will make the gourmet cook right at home.
There is a split system AC in every room.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at palmetto sunrise and loved the location and the house- basically right on the Beach! the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of supplies - no dish soap, dish brush, laundry detergent, batteries, stocked TP...we found the guide book with all info we would have needed about beaches etc in a bottom drawer in the living room on our last day. It just would have been nice if someone had checked these things out before we arrived. Property managers were very nice and helpful with everything else. All in all we really loved our stay and would love to come back!

Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful stay in Eleuthera, thanks in large part to the assistance provided by Kristin Turnow at Eleuthera Vacation rentals. Unbeknownst to me, the house I picked was dated and in serious need of repairs. Kristin notified me of this a couple weeks before my arrival and gave me the option to change or get a reduction in rent and if I took the latter, she would work with the people on location to fix what needed to be fixed. She did this and more for which I was very grateful.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Palmetto Sunrise! The house is in a location we love. It offers privacy and a lovely beach with great snorkeling! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Both bedrooms have large and updated bathrooms. The beds were super comfy along with very soft sheets. The laundry room off the kitchen is very convenient. The caretakers, Sue, was most helpful and sweet. She was on the spot with any needs, including providing an extra beach chair in just minutes. Thanks so much Ken! We loved our time on Eleuthera...it's never long enough!

Summary: Everything about Palmetto Sunrise is top-notch. The location is incredible - on a quiet dirt road, just a 1 minute walk to miles of beautiful, nearly-empty beach. The home itself is perfect for 2 couples with two bedrooms and two baths. Everything in the house is high-quality and the home and grounds are well maintained. We loved the open-concept kitchen/living room area. With decks on the front, back, and side of the house, you have lots of outdoor seating/lounging options. The kitchen is well-outfitted easy to work in. The washer and dryer means that you don't have to bring many clothes. All in all, this is the perfect place to stay in Eleuthera. Thanks, Ken, for sharing your home with us!

Summary: The property was well equipped for anything you will need . Having a washing machine to use was a big plus for us . Beach is very quiet and no public access made it great . Ten bay is so close so when the winds picked up a short drive to the other side of island and we were able to still enjoy the beach . I would recommend to a couple or a group of 4 .
