Summary: Our stay was great! House was clean and the bed was comfy. Within walking distance of many things. We will look to stay again when we come back next year!

Summary: This was my second stay at this property. I rate it exceptional. Very nice inside and out. Really enjoyed the outside sitting areas on the canal side. Once again had a visit from a dolphin! Looking forward to returning next year!!

Summary: We have a 20' deck boat. No issues tying up to their dock. Couldn't get any easier getting out into the gulf. House was really clean and couldn't ask for anything more. The ONLY issue was something the owners can not control, and that's a bar that's right next to the house. They can get a little noisy/rowdy late at night, but that's nothing a little white noise can't handle. We will be back for sure. The back yard landscape was set up beautifully as well. Nice easy clean path to the floating dock. Pics on the website match with the house and outside.

Summary: Great visit with our small bay boat. We had calm seas and were able to boat to the sandbar off Anclote Key. Also did a kayak excursion at Wichy Watchee and had excellent seafood from the local restaurants. The grouper sliders from Ollie's next door were wonderful.

Summary: This property is spotless inside and out. Very well equipped and so comfortable. We absolutely loved the multiple outside sitting areas by the canal. A dolphin visited us twice and we got some great pictures. The location was also perfect with many nice restaurants, beaches and pubs. Jodi was an outstanding host. This was a five star experience and we will definitely be back!

Summary: We have been to Hudson many times but this is our first time staying in the area and this was perfect. The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can easily walk to multiple restaurants, stores and the ice cream parlor. We were also able to take advantage of the bikes and kayaks. The yard has multiple seating areas a great view down the canal. There were even dolphins playing in the gulf off of Sam's Beach Bar. Hudson is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation and you can't miss with this property.
