Located in a beautiful condo complex north of the Matanzas Inlet, there’s plenty to do on and off the beach. With four ocean view pools (all are heated in winter), six updated tennis courts, four racquetball courts, 4 pickleball courts and two basketball courts, plus a playground for the little ones, you’ll never be bored!
When you aren’t outside, you can still enjoy the ocean views from Summerhouse 433’s beautiful balcony, overlooking one of the pools and complete with ocean views. Equipped with comfortable patio furniture and enough seating for everyone.
Summerhouse 433’s bright, airy, updated and fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing all your meals, you won’t find yourself trying to open a bottle of wine with a screwdriver! The kitchen overlooks the dining area, with plenty of seating for six. If cooking an elaborate spread is against your vacation plans, there’s a microwave and toaster, as well as plenty of pantry storage for peanut butter and chips, not to mention freezer storage for those quick frozen meals!
The dining room is perfect for meals or game night, with plenty of room to spread out for epic Monopoly games or endless rounds of cards. Summerhouse 433 is the perfect relaxation spot!
Head upstairs in Summerhouse 433 for the guest bedrooms and master suite, which are all comfortably furnished and updated. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and one full size bed.
The master suite’s comfortable king size bed will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated after a long night’s sleep. Open the picture windows to let in the sea breeze and feel all the stress from your day-to-day life melt away.

Explore the fort and historic Old City with your kids, or take a romantic starlit stroll down centuries-old streets with your sweetie.

Besides having one of the nicest beaches on the east coast, Summerhouse has plenty of other amenities to keep everyone in the family entertained. Available anytime are our six recently resurfaced tennis courts; four racquetball courts; two basketball courts; two children's play areas; horseshoe pits; shuffleboard courts; and of course our four heated pools. Located inside our newly decorated clubhouse is a new fitness center, business center with WiFi, and our meeting/function room which can be rented for parties or family gatherings.

Summary: Couch was broken & very uncomfortable - could not use sleeper sofa Sliding glass door will not lock Curtains on slider are worn and need to be replaced. Need new fry pans No bowls at all in the kitchen Dryer does not shut off Very hot in second bedroom, needs a fan Closet doors broken in Master bedroom Overall this condo need some TLC and maintenance

Summary: Our family has a end of school tradition where we hit the beach the second summer starts! This condo was perfect for our family! Stocked with everything we needed and great view of the water! We definitely will be staying here again!

Summary: When we first arrived, there was construction occurring just below the balcony. There was a construction worker that was able to see straight into the condo. I reached out to the property owners right away, and I never heard a response. I was concerned that we would be unable to utilize the balcony due to the construction and unable to keep the curtains open for fear of privacy concerns. However, this was the only day the construction inhibited our use of the balcony. The construction continued throughout our stay, but was taking place on other units nearby. It was loud, but we got used to it after a day or two. I would’ve preferred to know about this beforehand. Cleanliness of the condo gets a 3/5 as the sheets in the master bedroom were stained with sweat. The pillows were unusable due to this. I would recommend purchasing a new set. I’ve been going to Summerhouse for most of my life. You go for the ocean views, beach access, and the heated pools. We spent limited time in the condo. Overall, it was a fine experience, but a little overpriced for the cleanliness of the unit. There were beach toys and chairs provided which was nice.

Summary: Had a great stay and experience but I do wish the owners would upgrade the upstairs bathrooms, especially the master. I agree with previous reviews that the unit is in need of a deep clean. At the end of the day, I would probably stay again but I would look at other condos in the community first.

Summary: The location and amenity is perfect. But this place needs a good clean. We had to vacuum and I washed the bathrooms rugs because they were gross. My husband had to dig glass and metal and shells out of the disposal so we could use it. Towels were stained.
