Summary: Brian the owner was great! When I had a question, he responded to my texts, usually immediately or within minutes. A couple days before the arrival date, he sent an email with all the important info. for the condo that we needed. The place is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great place to ride our bikes or walk. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay there & will be back again next year. Thanks Brian!

Summary: The communication with Brian was excellent. He was always available when needed. As for the property it is located in a beautiful area of a gated community and we felt safe and loved taking evening/night walks. The condo has plenty of room and we never really needed for anything. It came equipped with the basics such as spices, as well as plates, cookware etc... The garage features a gas grill and it looked like some beach items ( we never used them as we brought our own) The beds were nice and comfortable with cotton sheets, and pillowcases. The main bedroom has a small TV and the living room has a nice large tv. The internet was fine, and I used it to work while I was there (Video calling, streaming, email etc..) You have a swimming pool just a short walk from the condo and most times we had it to ourselves, but when we didn't we met a few of the residents and everyone was always friendly. You also have the clubhouse swimming pool just a bit further down the road you can use as well. You are extremely close to restaurants and have a mini golf about 5 mins down the road. The beach is about 9 minutes. Speaking of which, if you park all the way down at the last beach access, then walk into the public access and go right, past the condos (about a 10 minute walk) you will find a more private beach that has access to the bay and the ocean and we loved it there. We spent most of our beach days here. We were very happy and will return again!

Summary: A great property with every facility provided,and all in top condition. A nice lanai with a view over a lake and golf course, which is enjoyable to sit in early morning, late evening.The host is easy to reach and talk to, and is helpful and responsive. The location is good for reaching the beaches of Bonita and Lovers Key. Very close to US 41 and I75 so easy to travelin the area. We didnt golf, but made use of the pool which was lovely. We would return to this condo.

Summary: We had the perfect vacation with our two little kids at this nice condo. The place was very clean and spacious enough for the four of us. It was equipped with everything we needed and Brian was a delight to deal with and there when we had questions. The nice pool is almost just across the street and when we couldn't use it because it needed inspection after getting new fence and furniture we were allowed to use the clubhouse pool which is also only a 5 minute stroll down the street. We loved the views of the golf course from the pools, the lake views from the porch, the quiet and beautifully landscaped gated community of Spanish Wells and the proximity to several perfect beaches. Downtown Bonita and countless great restaurants are just outside the gates and downtown Naples can be reached within 20 minutes. Highly recommend to couples and families up to four people.

Summary: Everything was great, but the listing stated that dogs of any size would be welcome. We later found out that it was actually only dogs under 25 lb so we had to make last minute preparations for our dog for a month which was not easy because all the boarding places were booked. We ended up having to beg someone to keep her. It would have been a lot of fun to have her with us and the sole reason we chose this property was because it said dogs of all sizes were welcome! Other than that being misleading, we have no complaints!
