Lummi Island is just 15 minutes northwest of the vibrant city of Bellingham. The island is reached by taking a small ferry that makes 2-3 trips per hour, making it very easy to get to!
Our one-story home is on a beautiful half acre property in a very central location. And only a 5-minute walk to the beach!
This modest home is a one-story rambler with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, plus a full kitchen and living room. It also has a large back deck and a half acre lawn that features a small apple orchard, giving you lots of room to enjoy privacy and run around if you have little ones!
Though the home was built in the 1960's, it is SPOTLESS. We take great pride in keeping it extremely clean. You also have your own driveway for easy parking.
While we are not waterfront, we are only a 5-minute walk to one of the main beaches on the island! And a very quick drive to any other beach!
Please also note that Lummi Island is NOT on the ferry route for the larger San Juan Islands. It is serviced by one small ferry out of Gooseberry Point.
Lummi Island is a beautiful, tranquil community. It is best for visitors who are looking for beach walking, hiking, and enjoying a peaceful getaway. You will find many local artists on the island, local produce and farm animals.
