Positive: Very quaint and quiet place. My brother stayed there while visiting my mother, he lives in Alabama. He came up with his son and family to visit my mother and do some home repair for her.
Negative: There was nothing to complain about.

Positive: Door code to get in, neat fire pit outside w/lights, great kitchen & comfy bed!!
Negative: Only thing was heating unit kept kicking on in middle of night & would make weird noise that woke us up both nights. Also, no measuring cups or blender in kitchen-those would have been helpful, along w/1-2 more flat baking sheets. Only one there was VERY old, small, warped, but did the trick.
Summary: Terrific! We will definitely be back!!

Positive: Two bdrm in a fairly quiet area. Open space behind unit.
Negative: Property hadn’t been cleaned, and we had to book a hotel for the first night. After a fair amount of back and forth, the owner did reimburse us, to his credit. Physically, the only issue w the townhouse was the bathroom sink and shower were very slow to drain.
Summary: After the owner consented to reimburse us, we can say this was a decent place to stay.

Positive: It’s a very nice house, not far from the middle of town, however, a bit far to walk. It is a tastefully decorated home. The owner provided a lovely snack basket, on arrival.
Negative: The attached neighbors were very, very noisy. Of course, that was not the owners fault. The property had a few issues, however, the management company did address them., once told. It might be helpful to note, that this property may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. You will enter the house from the back, which requires a walk over grass. In addition, there is only 1 bathroom, and it is upstairs.

Positive: Was very welcoming. Lots of space in house and a great deck out back. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Good parking area. Some good restaurants nearby. House was very clean.
Negative: No kettle in kitchen so used a pan to boil water. That was only issue.
