Located conveniently between Seatac International Airport and Downtown Seattle. This lower-level two bedroom gem has an expansive view of Puget Sound and Vashon Island, private outside entrance with semi-private patio and large yard. Extremely friendly, quiet neighborhood.
Luxury pillow-top mattresses, "Sterns and foster" King, "Seally" queen are ready for a great night sleep. Nespresso coffee, tea kettle, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer in unit. Plus all the basic kitchen and bath essentials. New flooring & paint throughout.
2 off street parking spots with a few steps down to living space. Neighborhood beach for a picnic or walk.
We are happy to help you find your way around the Seattle area and suggest activities. There are a travel books, novels, cards and more in the apartment. It is important to us that you have a wonderful experience as our guest. Please ask if you have special requests.
Please note there are stairs to access the apartment. The shower is a bit small & would likely be uncomfortable for a person over 6’ 2” tall.

Summary: We have stayed at Lisa’s place 5 times now, visiting our son and grandchildren. It is a very nice, comfortable place with a great view of Puget Sound and a good place to relax in. Lisa always make sure to leave some goodies, including cereal, milk and cream. It is our GO TO place in West Seattle and very nice.

Summary: The place is very convenient for visiting our son and his wife and grandchildren. They simply don’t have room for us. The beds are comfortable. It’s always been clean and we’ve always been made to feel welcome. We have booked it for Thanksgiving this year.

Summary: This is our first time staying at this property. Lisa goes out of her way to provide snacks, milk, cereal, coffee, and to make things as comfortable as possible. The beds are really comfortable. It is really quiet and we will continue staying there as long as there are vacancies when we have to travel to Seattle.

Summary: This is a perfect little apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful view and was the perfect size for our family of 4. The hosts were amazing and very easy to communicate with. There were thoughtful touches throughout the unit, including a snack selection! It is without hesitation that I give 5 stars!

Summary: The property is so homey and comfortable and has a great view of the Sound. Lisa always has it stocked with several food items, including cereal, milk, coffee, and assorted snacks. This was our third time at this property and if there is availability, it will remain our first choice.

Summary: From the moment we entered the property, we experienced the cleanest, most accommodating rental I have ever been. The view from the living room was a water view and we spent time relaxing staring at the view.The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The rental also had many pleasant supplies that i never experienced before. I just cannot say enough about the property as well as for the kindness from Lisa and Ezra.

Summary: Wow - what a view, and wonderful accommodation details! This is the lower level of a home overlooking the Puget Sound from a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to a neighborhood beach for shoreline exploring (low tide is best!) Lisa and Ezra thought of all the extras to make our stay easy and comfortable - snacks, slippers, super comfy beds, and I am now a Nespresso fan! The laundry machines came in handy as we returned from our excursions, as well. Shower was a little tight, but it was manageable for our 6’2 guys (we are quite happy with hot water and great water pressure!) Full kitchen, everything very nicely furnished. Hosts are very accommodating, highly recommend if you want a quiet home base for traveling the Seattle area!

Summary: Property provided a quiet alternative than staying in the city with a beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood was about 30 minutes to downtown. Nice common space and two bedrooms are great for a family of three or four. Host was great to work with and offered quick replies and a thoughtful supply of goodies for the stay.
