Welcome to Westbrook Village! Come enjoy this beautifully remodeled 2 bed/2 bath home in this Country Club Community. Westbrook is comprised of 2 large Recreation Centers, 2 18-hole Golf Courses, Pools, Spas, Fitness Centers, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Aerobics Studio, Ballrooms, Billiard Rooms, onsite RV Storage and much more. Minutes away from local Shopping, Golf, Restaurants, Hiking, Spring Training Facilities, Westgate Entertainment District, & State Farm Stadium (home of 2023 Super Bowl).
Fully Furnished, Complete Kitchen & Dining, Covered Patio with Gas Fire Pit & Grill, Laundry & Linens Included. Pool and Spa just a short walk from the home. High speed internet with access to online tv/movie streaming. Guests are responsible for their own cleaning during their stay, additional cleaning services available for a fee.
*Community age restrictions apply (1 tenant must be at least 55 years of age | no children under 18). The contracted person must be 55+ to have guaranteed access to the facilities for a $25 fee, per guest, ONLY for stays of >29 days.
Patrolled community. Driving, walking, biking, and golf cart (not included) access within the neighborhood. Private, no fee parking.
Two amazing 18-hole courses that remain in great condition all year. Golf course access is by members only Nov 1-April 30. Membership information can be found by contacting Westbrook Village Golf Club and speaking with the Director. The Summer rate is roughly $40/18-holes. There are numerous other local public golf courses to explore (your host is an avid golfer if you are looking for course recommendations).
HOA rule allows guests with stays of 30 days to have full registered access to community amenities at $25 per guest per stay. Guests must contact the host to arrange facility access. Stays of less than 30 days will still have access to nearby pool and spa. Guests are asked not to communicate with the HOA directly until the host supplies the necessary documentation. Westbrook Community rules regulate this access and if the primary person is not 55+, the association may not approve facility access. Summary: This house was everything it advertised and more. It was so beautiful and relaxing, more amenities than I have at home and close to everything! Tyler, the host, was so nice and so accommodating. Our plans changed and he helped us make it work. Since I visit Peoria a lot, I am looking for to coming back as often as I can.

Summary: From the moment we walked through the door we were relaxed and well taken care of. Tyler was very easy to reach and very accommodating. The home was so well stocked. From a bottle of wine and first morning coffee supplies, he’s thought of everything. So close to shopping and baseball spring training-everyone was happy.
