Bright 2 bedroom suite in house with private entrance. Beautiful views of Mt Baker from your own private sun deck. Two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has its own HD TV with Netflix and cable and sliding door to private deck with outdoor seating. Second bedroom is very large and has a queen bed and couch. There is plenty of room to add a blow up queen air mattress if need be. Private fully equipped kitchen with oven, full sized fridge, toaster oven and microwave. Fridge stocked with basic condiments (and some extra goodies). Living area has plush reclining couch and chair with big screen TV with Netflix and cable. Dining area with seating for four. Bathroom has shower and double sinks.
The wrap around deck is a great place to unwind after a busy day. Seating areas outside of each bedroom. Feel free to enjoy your dinner out there too.
Parking is at the top of the walkway to the suite (nice and close).
Neighborhood is upscale, quiet and family friendly. 5 minutes to park. Two golf courses close by. Minutes to coffee shop, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous walking and biking trails nearby.
We will meet to give you the keys and show you around the suite then we will let you enjoy your privacy. Should you need anything, we are just a knock or text away.
2 minutes to freeway
5 minutes to Sumas Border
10 minutes to Abbotsford Hospital, UFV University, City Center
1 hour to Downtown Vancouver

Summary: I liked that it was apartment size. With two full bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The view was amazing especially when the sun came out. Dog barking somewhat intrusive. Owner attentive to our needs.

Summary: A most comfortable and welcoming homey environment. Very spacious and well-equipped. The fresh flowers made us feel very much like we were staying in our own home. Property manager was most accommodating with very quick responses to our enquires. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and shops with easy highway access. Exceptionally clean and well-appointed with comfortable bed and furnishings. Would definitely stay here again.
