Summary: * You can hear those upstairs, and at times a bit loud (walking or chair moving or drop something, no voice sound). * Seating in the family room area, only had room for three people (sitting very close to each other). That was an issue at times. * The bedroom near the bathroom has a very thin window cover which let in a lot of outside light.

Summary: Wanted to stay in the city and needed to find a comfortable place to stay. We found it. This was very reasonably priced and was exactly what we were looking for. It is near an area in saint louis that is walkable to restaurants and one of the best breweries in town. I was there with my 82 year old father and he felt safe knowing that it is literally in viewing site of a police sub station. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for similar accommodations.
