- No adults on the trundle bed, only children under 100lbs

- If you need to smoke please be at least 25 feet away from the apartment
- The bedding in this home is white. If you are a group of refinery workers, this home is not for you
- No eating in the beds or you may be charged extra cleaning fees
- Early check in- I can not guarantee this due to cleaning/prepping the house for you. You can message me on the day of your arrival & I can let you know if they home is ready for you
- Late check out- Unless approved prior, checkout is by 10:00am
- There is one security camera outside the front door that remains on at all times
- Unit is 796 sq feet
- No extra guests, parties, or events without prior approval or you will be asked to leave
FOR STAYS OVER 14 DAYS: stocking of products & a light clean is REQUIRED every 2 weeks at no extra charge
