About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. First floor with screen room. walk-out back yard with gas grill. Weirs Beach is a quick 10 minute walk where shopping/food and entertainment can be had, or enjoy the beach. Grounds provide a salt water pool, playground, tennis court, basketball and pickleball court. Bank of NH Pavilion is a 10 minute drive. During fall/winter enjoy Gunstock Mtn. which is a 15 minutes away.
The space
Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Full kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher. Kitchen table sits 6 comfortably. Enjoy flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Queen size air mattress for 2 additional guests.
Instructions will be left on the coffee table including an information binder with attractions and restaurants.
Towels will be provided. Supply your own bath soaps and shampoo. Fresh linens will be provided. Please strip the beds and pile linens and towels on the floor in each bedroom.
Coffee maker provided.

Summary: This property is well maintained, comfy, and within a friendly community. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was perfect for our needs. The one drawback (not to the fault of the hosts, who were fabulous) is the stairs from the parking area. If you are older or have small children it might be difficult.
