This entire unit was renovated with new flooring as well as rugs throughout the home. Very few rentals are available in Seal Harbor, and they are very attractive due to the proximity to Acadia National Park

Summary: Location is excellent, especially for those who want to stay close to Acadia. In fact, it's possible to walk into the park from this location. The facility was immaculate, except for a slow draining sink in the bathroom. The instructions weren't clear where to dispose of trash. Fortunately, we had very little during our stay.

Summary: Listing says it’s walkable, but it’s probably a good 20 minute walk and it’s not ideal with kids because of traffic once you get into Acadia. It is a short drive to Jordan pond house though. Our mattress was from 2007 and we did not sleep good at all because of it. Not enough seats for 4 to relax in living room after a long day of hiking either. Very responsive host so that was a positive.

Summary: For a small group, this location is ideal as it is a short drive to an entrance to Aradia. It is also an easy drive to Bar Harbor. Has all that you need for an extended long weekend. Head to Sand Beach, Thunder Rock, and hike/bike the carriage roads!

Summary: The apartment is just as it is described, nothing more or less. We found there to be an ample amount of cookware in the kitchen and the place was very clean and homey feeling. The location is OUTSTANDING - away from the crowds in Bar Harbor but really close to the entrance at Jordan Pond. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Summary: Our family of 4 had a great 5 night stay at the cottage. The apartment was clean and was just as the listing promised. We really appreciated the short and easy checkout instructions as it made the final morning stress free in getting out. Seal Harbor was the perfect location for our trip: the sandy beach is close and allows water play at any time regardless of the tides, we rented bikes at the nearby shop to explore the carriage roads that are only a few minutes away.
