Summary: The location is perfect. It’s close to everything. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything. Beautiful sunsets on the bay. A short walk to the beach, close to the market, fantasy Island, Bay Village, and the teen club are all walkable! The house itself is absolutely adorable and we love the screened in porch. Our kids love the upstairs porch.

Summary: We enjoyed a long-weekend, fall beach trip with our family. Home-cooked meals, days on the beach and sunsets on the bay never get old. This home has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and great outdoor areas to enjoy. Convenient location.

Summary: Everything was amazing. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed the screened in porch, something rare at LBI. Back yard area gave you privacy and was quiet, since off-season. Owner was very accommodating. A win, win time!

Summary: The house was clean and in a great location. We weren’t very comfortable sharing the outside amenities with the renter in the back. We also had issues with the toilet that weren’t addressed until after we left. It was an experience!

Summary: Overall stay was great. Plenty of street parking. Within walking distance to restaurants. There is a cottage in the back - would have liked to know there were tenants renting there before arriving. Indoor shower would get sporadically too hot. Plenty of beds. Had a great week!
