Positive: Really great location, nice big space. Good utensils, clean, comfortable, facilities.
Negative: The TV wasn’t plugged into anything, so had limited options. The towels were not great. Parking was quite difficult, hard to get a space.
Summary: We had a wonderful time in this property, it was really comfortable and located in a great spot.

Negative: 1.kitchen utensils, plates, pans were dirty 2. Fridge was at minimum setting and had defrosted 3. Some towels had not been washed

Positive: The location was perfect, close to the centre of town & all the facilities. Great to be able to park outside the house. Beautiful little stone terrace, well maintained & very clean & comfortable.
Negative: As I was staying with my friend it would have been nice if there had been a double bed in the smaller room rather than I single bed, I lost the coin toss & got the single bed.
Summary: Lovely little house in a perfect location.

Positive: The decor was nice and the accommodation was comfortable. The heating was easy to use and the house warmed up quickly. The location was good, not far from the centre and the railway station.
Negative: The sheets in the second bedroom hadn't been changed - an assumption was made that 2 people must be a couple. This was swiftly remedied after I pointed it out. The kitchen was somewhat lacking in equipment (no colander, no breadknife) and most of the cutlery and crockery needed washing again before we could use it. The hot water was weirdly unreliable - cycling from hot to tepid to hot to tepid. There was also an unfortunate lack of instructions for how to use things like the hob and the heating which I think was confusing for some previous guests. I had to buy more salt as the salt grinder was empty - having some very basic ingredients like salt, pepper and olive oil would have been great. Also limiting the number of tea bags to the exact number of nights that I'd booked seemed rather mean. A little generosity, even if it would mean charging a bit more, would go a long way to make happier customers.
