Positive: Rodney is a great man, very helpful this place is a little hard to find but the instructions he gave us were very good and he was very attentive. The apartment is lovely well kept, there's literally everything you need. Beds were comfy, bathrooms was great, there's even a place to do laundry which was so great. Couldn't reccomend this place enough
Negative: For some travellers the location of the apartment is a little dodgy, there were some interesting characters around the area, we didnt have any problems and. Everyone was lovely but if you are not use to city life it may be a little intimidating

Positive: Very central location in the heart of downtown, close to lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping and places of interest in downtown Edmonton. The apartment was small but comfortable with a full sized fridge, coffee maker with coffee, oven/stove, microwave, etc. Good water pressure in the shower. Roger the host was fantastic - easy and pleasant to communicate with and very responsive to messages. The free parking in a secure parkade close to the apartment was definitely a plus for the price and one of the main reasons I booked the property.
Negative: Some street noise due to its central location - some sirens at night from ambulances or police cars.
Summary: Great central location and a fantastic host!

Negative: Somewhat ineffective and very noisy airco. No top sheet for bottom bed. Not great couch or chair.

Positive: The location is good. Right in downtown Edmonton. The host is fantastic.
Negative: The apartment should have been better cleaned. The Microwave and rug in the bed room were dirty. . But everything else was clean

Positive: Nice location very central. The flat is not so large but well organized with Nice deco. The parking place represents a high added value as it is very central. And it is very safe .
Negative: The way from parking to apartment was not so obvious. We thought there was a direct connection from parking to flat, but finally we had to go outside around the building. We didn’t use the ac and it was not a permanent one . This is just a curiosity

Positive: The decor and vibe in the apartment was super chic, cute, cozy and made you feel like you're on a luxury getaway. But it was at a budget price!
Negative: The hallways/elevator were a little smelly - I was also surprised by damage deposit needed. But every thing worked out great, and I was returned my full deposit after a few processing days through paypal.
