Summary: Came to visit relatives. The house was wonderful. It was perfect for three adults. The view was phenomenal. I could sit on the deck all day and just look at the view.

Summary: Overall good place. Cleaning could use some fine tuning but it wasn't a showstopper for me, and it wasn't bad enough to complain about while I was there. I did send a private msg to the owner outlining some suggestions.Good hidden location and plenty of outdoor activities, dining establishments, and grocery options nearby.

Summary: My third stay in this lovely home. Built into the cliff above the river, it is very unique. Light filled spaces and updated bathrooms. Lots of stairs for good exercise!

Summary: The view was so amazing that we enjoyed the deck as much as we could, both for the sunset and the night view of the stars. The house was well-maintained.

Summary: You've got to know that this property is exactly as described and so. Very. Clean! It was a welcoming sight. The view into the valley is just beautiful. I enjoyed a wonderful morning just being quiet and mindful of birds and the water below. There is a queen sized bed on the first level with a bathroom across the foyer. Also a large kitchen with the necessities. Bring your own coffee, sweetener and creamer. On the second level down stairs, there is the washer and dryer and 2 more bedrooms with a queen and full sized beds. The downstairs bathroom has a double vanity and hair dryer. Whereas there are plenty of clean hand towels and body towels, there were no wash cloths. There is an iron but no working ironing board. Bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash as what was provided were almost depleted when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again as we were able to be in Lakeway directly.

Summary: The views are STUNNING! Make a cup of coffee (bring your own Kuerig pods), and sit out on the deck. Inhale the fresh air and beautiful views!! Very clean. Very lovely home. Saw some deer making their way thru the brush. The only bad thing is I have to leave and go back to cold, flat Nebraska!!

Summary: Yard was uncared for, no propane for bbq grill, TV instructions in book on coffee table does not match working the TV. Could not get TV to work the 2 days we were there and one of the days was inclement weather and not much we could do outside. The closets were locked and no room to really hang clothes in downstairs rooms. old trailer in driveway. blinds in upstairs room, broken, mirror in master bathroom cracked, tape on ceiling of living room coming off and ceiling cracking. Property overall just needs some tlc.
