Our 1,980-square foot, two-story apartment in a classic Brooklyn townhouse is that rare gem: really big, really cool, centrally located, ready for kids and pets — and literally across the street from a park that is the dog, playground and farmers-market capital of Brooklyn. Amazing restaurants, culture and transportation access abound.

Currently situated as a two-bedroom + combination office/gym/nursery, this is one of only two units in the building. Our home can be arranged with or without a setup for three bedroom and as many as three children (toys, trundle bed, crib, changing stations and all). The townhouse is very pet-friendly.

Walk up the front stoop and your private staircase entrance straight into a 17x12-foot dining room + classic kitchen with a brand-new stove and dishwasher. Off the side of the dining room is a private deck overlooking the beautiful backyards of brownstone Brooklyn, with a two-seat al-fresco table and a Weber BBQ.

The living room is 17.5x20.5 feet with a library full of 25 lush plants, plus a 4-seat sectional couch, a large chair, three poofs, a bench, a surround-sound stereo system — and a 70-inch TV. The room's three large windows offer a panoramic view of Fort Greene Park!

Up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find a sizable desk alcove for working from home, giving way to a bathroom and three large bedrooms with blackout curtains, great closet space and even better views.
