Summary: Wonderful big house for a family gathering. Beds all comfortable. Huge hall, gas fire places, game room area for kids, long table for big family dinners, nice hot tub. Linens and kitchen were nice and well stocked. 2nd Fridge in basement. LOTS of parking. Near to walking and town. Radiant floor heat very nice. Plumbing makes lots of weird sounds due to air-pumps? But works fine and water is good. Wifi is excellent. Lots of TVs (we dont use much:).

Summary: This was a great stay in Breckenridge, almost every bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower, some bathrooms even had Steam bath additions! Provided our family and friends with all amenities and room we needed for a wonderful vacation stay!

Summary: The first impression we got was not great - the doormats that are there are so old they do not help keep dirt out of the house, and the floors were simply filthy. They had clearly been swept but not mopped. Other than that the house was clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and the space was pretty much as described. The outdoor deck was also a disappointment, as there were only 7 chairs and one metal table. It would have been so nice to have some comfortable seating out there for our large group. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were addressed quickly once we contacted the property manager.

Summary: The property was in a great location and had plenty of supplies and room. We fit our group of 17 in easily and management responded quickly to a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This was a great property for our large group. Our main trip to Colorado was for off road riding for utvs. It's located very close to trails to eliminate the need to trailer there. Also, just a couple miles away from town with shopping and restaurants. We would book again if we ever return to Breck.

Summary: Loved the huge table in the kitchen to gather. This house has enough bedrooms AND bathrooms so that each family and teenagers can have their own space and not kill each other by the end of the week!

Summary: The house was perfect for 4 families. Privacy for adults and a whole ground floor for kids. Large kitchen for preparation of meals. Great location. Close to Breckinridge main street but also remote enough to enjoy the quiet and wildlife.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property. It has plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen has just about everything you need. They also have items for children like baby gates and pack & play to use while on your stay. Cleaning people seem to do a good job. Trail system is just up the hill from house. Hike down or drive to Main St. The view of the Breck mountain side slopes is awesome from the main room and deck. It has a nice hot tub and garage parking if you like. One of the best times we have had at a Vrbo rental!

Summary: This house was not only beautiful, but more then accommodating for me and my group of 10. Very spacious, beautiful deck and views, and the dining room and kitchen were great for big dinners and doing some catching up with old friends. The hot tub was clean and the steam showers were amazing. Downtown Breckenridge and anything you need is a quick 5 minute drive away. Management was quick to answer any questions we had and the little tablet in the kitchen counter was extremely helpful. Will definitely be staying again.
