Bella Sol is such a comfortable, modern home; you will be in awe of its unique beauty. You will be only a half block to the beach and one mile from downtown Manzanita. The large south-facing deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Pacific air. Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the Beaver Pond Marsh.
Upstairs offers the main living area with a fully equipped kitchen that features an island to prep those delicious meals, a dining room that seats six and a comfy, and a cozy living room to enjoy family time and the views of the ocean! Also on the upstairs level, you will find two bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a spacious bed, a large walk-in bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower, and private access to the large south-facing deck! The second bedroom upstairs has a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. The lower entry level offers one bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed and another bed, with its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Across from the bedroom, you will find the door that leads to the huge garage with a Ping-Pong table to enjoy. This charming beach retreat has a large, fenced backyard to enjoy your BBQs with family and friends. There is also plenty of room for your family dog to run and play.
Once you stay, you will want to make it your home away from home every time you come to Manzanita!

This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Summary: This how was less than 5 minutes to the beach and on a lower traffic/quieter area of town. It was a great for our group (3 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs) the fenced in back yard was a huge plus for our dogs! We didn’t use it, but the ping pong table on the garage would be great for a family on a rainy day! One thing to be aware of for any other remote workers is that the WiFi was DSL and didn’t have the power to send emails, load pages, etc. If needed to work consider bringing hot spot or scope out a coffee shop on town!

Summary: The property was in the perfect location. Accommodated all of our needs. 5-minute walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk to Manzanita. Would love to stay again.

Summary: Nice small house, good access to beach. Parking was very limited and steep which made it difficult for a truck. A little musty on the lower level, but it would air out okay. Appliences could do with replacement, but overall a functional space.

Summary: We had a ton of fun during our visit. There are a few things to be aware of: The driveway is super awkward (steep and difficult to fit more than 1 car) The internet only worked about 50% of the time The hot water is only enough for 1 person to have a short shower, it goes out very fast. And afterwards takes a long time to heat back up. The location is good. The neighborhood is good. The pots and pans all seemed good quality and beach access is ok. The house does have lots of natural light a great deck and was very comfortable with a good layout. Overall id say it is a great value.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bella Sol was a wonderful stay and located super close to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect. Our two daughters stayed downstairs and the two couples took the bedrooms upstairs. Everyone had their own in suite bath and the kitchen was fully stocked and well laid out for cooking. We loved the deck, and didn't mind the stairs to the main level. I can see how this would be tiresome for elderly or worrisome with toddlers. Would need to bring a baby gate. The beds are very comfortable! My only suggestion and this is just a pet peeve of mine, is that the television which is huge and allows you to put in your streaming passwords ( remember to log out of these when you leave) (of course we're there to relax and not stare at the tv non stop) However, it is set to the fast motion setting on clarity of picture, which makes everything look like a soap opera. Some people don't notice this feature but I always 's mainly used for watching sports so there's no blur with the motion but it ruins every other show. Normally you can change this feature in picture settings but it wasn't available so we watched movies like they were filmed on the set of the Young and the Restless, but that small. The house was immaculate and comfortable. They have alot of puzzles and games and books. Lots of details, like reading glasses, flashlights, and a brilliant welcome book that lists everything you need. Manzanita is a fantastic community. Everyone is so kind. We loved the bookstore and all the shops. Had great Mexican food on Main street and chocolate shop is also a standout. Sunset is an excellent management company as well.

Summary: Great location! Manzanita is a fun little beach town with miles of flat sandy beaches to explore. The house had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The dogs loved the small fenced in yard. The people enjoyed the deck with plenty of furniture to sit and hear the ocean waves crashing.
