This waterfront home offers the views of Big Cypress Bayou on Caddo Lake with plenty of space for outside dining or inside dining. This fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home is unique with separate entry for downstairs as well as upstairs. Downstairs you will find the kitchen equipped with electric stove stainless refrigerator, microwave ,toaster , kuerig coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. It has a unique glass wall bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. Upstairs has a deck area and opens up to living area with plenty of window views to enjoy. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed. The bathroom is spacious and you can relax after a day of water and sun fun in the jetted soaker tub. The yard is completely fenced and offers plenty of parking on the outside of fenced area. The boat house has a lift for your boat and area for swimming with a ladder.

Summary: We planned our whole weekend around sitting on that dock and pretending to fish! It was a perfect setting to relaxNo frills but it had everything we needed

Summary: Nice accommodation. Adequate for our family. However two of the beds were futons which were not feasible for our two teenagers. Refrigerator was not working upon arrival. The property manager very promptly took care of the situation. Much appreciated her due diligence.

Summary: Nice atmospheric place with a pretty view.. But the ammenities listed were not there..no wifi, no kayaks or canoe, unusable firepit, Refrigerator did not cool and the ac unit had black mold. Tv did not work and uncomfortable beds and chairs. She was very nice but not helpful except for bringing fishing poles and bait for something to dotnocano,refrig the

Summary: Was a nice place .hosts were great .place is well kept . Right on the water.and down from state park.a public boat ramp..lots of wildlife even seen a gator.got some fish, ohhh and will be back

Summary: Had some problems with the plumbing the first night but she came out as soon as we called and brought out a plumber the next day and fixed it right up. The grill on the property was very old and rusted so had to buy one those cheap ones to grill- out, other than that it's a nice place, kinda small but a good spot on the river to relax ,fish ,kayak and enjoy your time on the river!!!

Summary: Lovely cottage! I love the fact that it didn't have internet! Just a short walk to the dock! The fenced in yard was a life saver since the neighbors had a dog but couldn't get to us.

Summary: The boat dock was great, the house was clean along with the property. Only complaint is upstairs air conditioner was very weak. Couldn’t be up there without sweating in the middle of the day. Second night everyone had to sleep downstairs.
