Positive: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and great value. The staff on duty was so kind and he immediately gave me early checkin, which was truly appreciated.

Negative: The hotel looks like its newly renovated but for some reasons the bed in my room had a lumpy mattress. It looks like it’s really needed to be replaced. The other thing is the shower glass door wasn’t frosted for privacy. So you can really see if someone is having shower.

Positive: Our stay at the 202 Elizabeth was fabulous! Serge was exceptional, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The building and lobby area were super cute - a great place to start and end the day. Location was fanatic - just minutes away from several bus stops.

Positive: The place was nice clean and good position apart of some stains in the sheets( the sheets were clean it's just the stains weren't cleaned properly) and was putting us a little off, lucky we brought our own cover so we didn't make a fuss about it. The breakfast was nice and fresh some eggs would have been nice but still was lovely. The staff was very polite and helpful and the coffee offered was a very nice touch. We will definitely use this place again.

Negative: The sheets needed a bit of attention there were some yellow stains in the top ones and only one at the bottom.
