5 Bedroom House in Pleasure Point, Dadeville

Large (over 4000 sq ft), beautiful 5 bdrm/5 bath house with fantastic views in a great location. The house is in a quiet cove for great swimming but close to open water for easy boating activities. Unobstructed views across the lake facing east making for great afternoon and evenings on the patio taking in the scenery. Basement has a wet bar and a pool table with a sound system that plays indoor and outdoor. Sleeps 13 in beds. You can add two more if you bring a blow up mattress.
Great in fall and winter for football games, golf trips, family holiday gatherings, or just a relaxing getaway.
You also get the use of the following:
- 2 Paddle boards and oars
- Outdoor grill

Master Bedroom – King size bed with large high end bathroom and walk-in closet with washer and dryer.

Summary: We stayed at this house for our family lake trip and have absolutely no complaints! Only praises! Having 5 bedrooms is perfect, along with 5 bathrooms! Plenty of room and privacy! The house was very clean when we arrived! The outside living spaces are absolutely perfect and this house has lots of outdoor furniture! Kids and grandkids enjoyed having the paddle boards. The kitchen is very well stocked and having two full size refrigerators was so nice! The view from this house is just beautiful! And the neighbors we met were really nice! We are hoping to be able to rent this house next year! For 9 people it fit us so well! We love Lake Martin and have rented there several times but this house was by far the best rental so far. And Scott was always fast to respond to questions. Just an amazing experience!

Summary: This is a wonderful lake house! Spacious and such a great layout with the decks, docks, and patios. Lots of places for a larger group to hang out, as well as multiple rooms and beds. Everything was great!!

Summary: This lake house has charm! Enjoyed beautiful view of Lake Martin from the spacious decks with lots of comfortable seating. Was able to bring our pets. House was clean and plenty of room for our family with 5 teens and 4 adults. Enjoyed pool table, paddle boards and fishing. Host communicated well. The outdoor grill doesn’t work well, but host let me know. There was another grill we used. Overall, I recommend this property and would use again.

Summary: Had to book house last minute due to Hurricane Ida and the owner was amazing to work with. It is an amazing house on an amazing lake with an amazing owner. We had ZERO issues once we arrived and I highly recommend to anyone interested in a quiet retreat.

Summary: We have stayed at many homes on lakes for our family vacations. This is the best. Excellent, flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangements, 5 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen (2 fridges), pleasant decor. But all of this is insignificant when compared to the covered, cushy back porch overlooking the lake. When we were not actually on or in the lake, we were on this porch. Very clean house, very accommodating manager. Great lake views, along with the safety of being in a cove, and a very nice neighborhood for walks and runs. We hope to return next year.
