4 Bedroom Condo in Crystal Beach, Destin

Situated in the heart of the Crystal Beach area of Destin and less than 1/2 mile from Destin Commons shopping, movie theater, and grocery stores. The Villa Coyaba complex exudes luxury and beauty. With top-notch amenities such as the stunning pool over looking the Gulf of Mexico, a luxurious exercise facility and gas grill area, this complex will not disappoint.
We also provide 2 sets of Beach Service during the season from March 1 - October 31 yearly, which includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily for your convenience.
On the second floor, facing west is unit 209, one of four units in the complex that provides the best views of the spectacular gulf coast sunset along with the open feeling of windows along the entire side of the unit. With four well-appointed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a bunk nook, this unit accommodates twelve comfortably. One of the most desirable features of this unit is the family chef kitchen complete with Viking appliances that include a very large refrigerator, gas range and oven. The kitchen looks out into the dining nook with a table that seats six with three barstools at the breakfast bar. The open floor plan flows directly into the living room with a sofa and three comfortable chairs that face the 55in Flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The uncompromising gulf views of this unit make it truly unique to this complex.
Adjacent to the living room you will find the master suite overlooking the gulf with a king sized bed and flat screen TV. Going into the luxurious master bath there is a very large walk-in closet. The enormous master bathroom is complete with a dual vanity, large jetted garden tub, private water closet and exceptional walk-in shower with multiple showerheads.
Down the hall from the master bath there is one king bedroom and are one queen bedroom with a jack-and-jill bath that has a shower-tub combination, sink and toilet. Each room comes complete with a flat screen TV. On the other side of the hall there is a double queen room that sleeps four with an adjoining bathroom that contains a shower-tub combo, sink and toilet. Sharing the hallway entrance to the double queen bedroom, guests will find a private bunk nook with two twin beds. Adjacent to the bunk nook, there is a separate laundry room with plenty of storage.
One of the best features of this unit is the expansive corner balcony overlooking the gulf and the large pool and grill area. The balcony has a dining table that seats six and two lounger chairs. Only four units in the entire complex have the western corner view and this view will not disappoint.
Along with the balcony, the amenities in this complex are what set-it apart from the other complexes in crystal beach. A large heated pool over looks the sugar-white sands and crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area includes plenty of lounger chairs and umbrellas for the perfect sunbathing experience. Adjacent to the pool is the grill area, with professional grade stainless steel gas grills, perfect for summer cookouts. The state of the art workout facility allows for guest to work off the abundance of spectacular restaurants the area has to offer. With local owners, top-notch amenities and uncompromising views, this unit will provide an unforgettable experience for guests.
