Positive: Nice facility, located walking distance from Amelia Island Concours field at the Ritz Carleton Hotel
Negative: Minor plumbing problem which managers offered to fix, but we didn't feel it warranted fixing until after our stay.

Positive: The location is wonderful; very close to the beach with a good view. The unit is comfortable and well appointed. Everything was in good condition and well maintained. The area is pleasantly quiet.
Negative: Only two minor things were troublesome. The unit number is hard to see from ground level and we were disappointed that there was no place on the property for recycling.
Summary: All three in our group loved the location and the property and would return.

Positive: Loved hearing the ocean waves from the apartment and being able to see the ocean which was so close by. Due to the location and time of year being january/ february i could not spend much time on the balcony as it was pretty cold and windy and the sun was only warming up the balcony area for a few hours during the early mornings. If I would have taken this vacation during the warmer months of the year, I would have made use of the beautifully situated balcony much more.
Negative: The pool was unheated, it would have been wonderful to be able to swim! Unfortunately it was too cold to swim or lounge by the pool. Dish towels and beach / pool towels would have been a nice touch.
Summary: I had a very nice and relaxing stay and enjoyed my sunrise walks along the close by ocean. Being able to hear the ocean
