Summary: The Bella Villa is very nice. The staff Wati and Harry are very accommodating and friendly. They maintained the cleanliness of our villa all throughout our stay. The location of the villa is accessible to the tourist destinations in Bali. Looking forward to visit again.

Summary: First off, the Villa itself was fine. It was as described but I can't say that it's a 20 minute walk to the beach, maybe 30. I was mainly disappointed because I chose this place based off reviews that I read about Ana. But Ana was never there. She never called or checked in and left me with someone named Wati. Wati was nice and also had Harry to help, who at times was very helpful. The problem was that they spoke very little English. The Villa again was fine, but kind of in a sketchy area. And the Villa isn't marked so it was hard for people to find us. Not to mention they were building a Villa next door so I heard constant construction, twice at 8am. I woke up to loud banging. The lack of English was frustrating because several times there was mis-communication where I had to explain myself several times. It didn't make me confident in using their services as a guide or day tour which they said they would help with. Wati did arrange in house massages which was great, but after having to re-schedule due to a mix up in the time we arranged for breakfast. So it was a little frustrating. Overall, I would stay there again, but would know not to depend on there services, and I would check ahead to see what kind of construction is going on.
