Positive: The house was so much more roomier than what we expected, which was great. The lounges and the beds were so comfortable. We wish we got to spend more time at the house to really enjoy it. We will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Positive: Clean spacious house with excellent outdoor entertaining. Very comfortable and tidy. Big kitchen and plenty of storage.
Negative: None of the screen doors locked. The 3 rubbish bins were full on arrival and sat on the street all week ( with lots of maggots), hence we had to leave our rubbish in the garage. Maybe put a notice on the fridge for nights to put bins out so people know. Rangehood doesn't work, main bed AC was pretty ineffective. Otherwise we had a great time thanks.
Summary: Great house, in a quiet street close to everything.

Negative: Be mindful of staying n a canal frontage home in flood times. The water certainly came very close to entering theproperty. We departed a night earlier to higher town. The area itself becomes isolated from town with local roads closed to due poor drainage. The house was not well cleaned. The kitchen table (bench) was filthy dirty with brown dirt coming off onto the paper towel. Other aspects were also unclean.
Summary: difficult conditions to really be able to comment, however, cleanliness was not excusable.
