Positive: The home was rustic and comfortable. The location was great. The value for the size and number of bedrooms was good. Having the SHARC passes was fantastic and we also liked the bikes. The beds were fairly comfortable.

Negative: I would never stay at this house again in the summer because it did not have AC. It was 95 degrees while we were there so we avoided being inside the house as much as possible. The fans helped a little bit but it was really hard to sleep or be comfortable. The house is definitely dated and needs updates. The carpets were kinda dirty as well. For the price I kinda think you get what you pay for though. The listing does say no AC at the very bottom but I didn't even think to look to see if the house had AC, I just assumed it would. But that is on me for not checking. Lastly, this is a little petty, but supplying one ply TP and tissue wasn't great.

Summary: Rustic, but dated house in a good location. No AIR CONDITIONING at this house.

Positive: It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes & cookware. The weather was perfect so we were able to sit outside on the deck. The bedroom

Negative: The only problem we had were that there were more stairs than we anticipated which was difficult for 2 people with senior knees. However, there were not so many stairs that my pedometer counted them as flights. They were not a problem for 2 senior’s knees.

Negative: Carpets throughout especially in the bathroom, the master bed was harder then I prefer.
