Positive: Clean, easy to access and park.
Negative: The room we were in has one king bed and has nothing else. No table , no chairs. The air conditioner was a bit of noisy. Other than that, all others facilities are good.

Positive: It was clean and comfortable. The house had good curb appeal and had a nice location adjacent to downtown Ellsworth. The property was as described with linens and toiletries, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Negative: The wi-fi service was not the best. On our last day we went out for breakfast and someone locked the outside door using the door knob instead of the combination dead bolt lock and we were locked out. It's a flaw in the only entrance into the apartment. Fortunately one of the neighbors heard us knocking and let us in, so it worked out.
Summary: It was a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable place to stay, a short drive to Acadia Park.

Positive: No breakfast available (known when booked) so we brought our own, put it in the full-sized fridge. Building was quiet despite bordering busy streets. Host available immediately when the initial room code didn't work.
Negative: Upstairs room accessed by narrow steep stairs; had to carry the dog up! Solution is to book earlier and get a downstairs room! Wanted to confirm pet-friendly after booking but could not reach host; phone message was not returned.
Summary: We would definitely consider booking here again.

Positive: The property had a great location right in downtown Ellsworth, which was really convenient for dinner plans and exploring the area. It had nice curb appeal and plenty of parking, which made coming and going easy.
Negative: The listing was described as an apartment, but it turned out to be just a single room, lacking the amenities typically expected from an apartment. If there was access to a kitchen or shared facilities, there were no instructions provided on how to find or use them. Additionally, on our first morning, we noticed a strong sewer odor coming from the shower drain. We had to cover it with towels just to manage the smell, which was an unpleasant way to start the stay.
Summary: Conveniently located in downtown Ellsworth with great curb appeal and parking, but the stay was impacted by unclear amen

Positive: The room was clean,bright and spacious,the mattress was comfortable,location is good,not far from Acadia Park and quiet, check in and check out very convenient, price is right .Next time I come to here, I’ll definitely choose them again . Thank you Kelly for making our stay a great memory
