Negative: I didn’t like having to climb the narrow staircase. I have hip and knee issues and so does my husband. Would have loved to had a floor level apartment but wasn’t given that option.

Positive: Very nice older home well set for exploring Ellsworth and a short drive to Acadia/Bar Harbor.
Negative: Kitchen sink was too small for much functional kitchen use, not a big deal as we were out exploring mostly. Some water damage to ceiling, could be expected for an older building. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Location was excellent, but no number sign on house. Therefore we had problems finding it. Bed very comfortable. Linens were plentiful . Air conditioning worked well.
Negative: Mold in shower! Very difficult to use doors. Very old building.

Negative: There were no teaspoons in the kitchen drawer.
